Givington's For Churches FAQ
HOW DO YOU BEAT EVERYONE ELSE ON PRICE?
Givington's was created to be a wonderful giving machine, where every sale supports the work of a non-profit or a ministry. When a church is the customer, we give a portion of our profit as a discount...creating significant savings and consistently beating other booksellers. We leverage our relationships with distributors and publishers to pass along the best possible price to you.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Start with an email or call to our staff, let us know the books you need (even if they aren't currently on our site) and we'll do the rest. After finding your books, we'll send a proposal for your review, and, if approved, we'll get your books moving your way. We can chase down your next order right now through our online form or via email (allen.befort@givingtons.com).

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS?
Any bulk or group order over a quantity of ten books qualifies for free shipping. We'll have it at your door for free in 6-9 business days (many times sooner). If you need it quicker, we'll tack on a small expedited shipping charge and keep you up-to-date on the progress of our teleportation delivery system.

IS THERE A FEE OR CONTRACT TO USE THIS AMAZING SERVICE?
The cost to you is exactly $0 - Free - Nada - Nothing - Zilch. There's no contract and no exclusivity agreement, we believe our prices and our customer service are enough to bring you back.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY A "GIVINGTON'S BUTLER?"
We provide each church priority access to an account manager we call, The Butler, who is always "at your service." Think of it like a church concierge who does all the leg-work when it comes to comparing prices, searching for titles, ordering the books, and ensuring quick delivery.

HOW DOES THE ONLINE BOOKSTORE WORK?
You pick the content, we put it in your bookstore on givingtons.com
(i.e. www.givingtons.com/FirstMercyRockThriveFellowshipChurch). Just let us know where you'd like to direct the giving. Now, your entire church can purchase their small group material, approved curriculum, pastor recommendations, books that shape your church theology, or any other resources directly through your church-specific page on our site. With each sale, we'll give 50% of the profit to your church or selected non-profit.
Here's how one church is using an online bookstore for their small groups.
